You will prepare patients, assist with examinations, document vitals, administer medications, and coordinate tests while maintaining patient flow in a high-volume setting. Benefits start day one with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (Certification Required) (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or equivalent).
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Women's Health required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures.
• Collect and document patient information, vitals, and histories.
• Administer approved medications and routine treatments.
• Enter orders for medications, labs, and diagnostic imaging as directed.
• Serve as a liaison for scheduling specialty tests and referrals.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and staff.
• Support clinic workflow in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members.
