Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians. You will autonomously evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up, order tests, and interpret results in a fast-paced, home-care oriented setting.

This role requires strong communication, independent judgment, and teamwork, with responsibilities including documentation, prescribing, and patient education. A PA license and evidence-based practice experience are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Physician Assistant with licensure and practice-ready skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in PA studies is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care mindset.
• Experience in clinical assessment and evidence-based practice is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and implement treatment plans.
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records and order appropriate tests.
• Prescribe, adjust, or discontinue therapies as needed.
• Report significant findings or risks to the collaborating physician.
• Perform procedures within licensed scope.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide health education and advocate for patients in understandable language.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and meet organizational goals.
