Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years or more years of professional experience in public health, mental health, education, social services, public or business administration, health care, or a closely related field.
• Expertise in working with diverse populations and stakeholders on complex subject matter.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills with ability to build partnerships and strong networking.
• Experience in contract monitoring, developing contract deliverables, reviewing and preparing bid documents, budget development and budget tracking is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using technology and various computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, video-conferencing, and online survey platforms) for coordinating activities and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Office on Women’s Health team to implement several women’s health access programs across Missouri.
• Monitor contract compliance and provide technical assistance and training to contractors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for healthcare access, develop training, policies, and reports for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and develop grant applications and budgets for continued funding.
• Implement a data collection process for contractors and manage special projects as assigned.
