Job summary

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati is seeking a Women’s Empowerment Program Coordinator to advance its Becky Catino Women’s Stability, Employment, and Empowerment Program.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate's degree in social work, education, or a related field, or two years of equivalent experience are required.
• Experience as a social services case manager is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Some evening and Saturday availability (to be balanced by time off during the week).
• Ability to access community resources and advocate within health, housing, social services, and other support systems.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage a caseload of up to twenty participants, provide mentoring and career counseling, meet weekly and monthly to develop service plans, select eligible participants, collect and report data.
• Extension of Support Services: Provide monetary assistance per policy, coordinate access to programs for basic needs, collaborate with partners, assist in planning monthly workshops.
