Job summary

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati is seeking a Women’s Empowerment Program Coordinator to advance its Becky Catino Women’s Stability, Employment, and Empowerment Program.

You will manage a caseload, provide mentoring, and coordinate supportive services to help women achieve stability and self-sufficiency. This full-time, non-exempt role offers 40 hours per week in an office setting with some evening and occasional Saturday duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree in social work, education, or related field, or two years of equivalent experience.
• Experience as a social services case manager is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to present program progress to management and donors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Evening and Saturday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of up to twenty participants facing barriers to employment and mobility.
• Provides mentoring and career counseling to participants.
• Hold weekly one-on-one and monthly group meetings to develop service plans and track progress.
• Select participants for the program in collaboration with the manager.
• Collects and reports data to evaluate services.
• Coordinate monetary assistance per policy and connect participants with basic needs.
• Collaborate with partners to provide resources and plan monthly workshops.
