Job summary

Grace Church Presbyterian in Fort Collins, CO invites applications for the Resident Director of Women’s Ministry, a two-year ministry residency under the Senior Pastor and Session.

Responsibilities include leading weekly women’s Bible studies, mentoring, fostering ecclesial relationships, and supporting care ministries. Compensation includes $50,000–$65,000 salary, church-owned housing valued around $20,000, an insurance stipend, and a two-year appointment.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith with exemplary character.
• Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
• Commitment to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture.
• Alignment with Reformed theology and the doctrinal standards of the Presbyterian Church in America.
• Enthusiastic support for serving within a PCA congregation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with pastors, staff, elders, deacons, deaconesses, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Gifting for discipleship, teaching, and relational ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least one weekly women's Bible study and develop additional discipleship opportunities.
• Help women build meaningful friendships within the church life and connect new women through relationships.
• Assist elders in shepherding the women of the congregation and support care ministries.
• Plan, organize, and administer women's Bible studies, fellowship events, retreats, and other initiatives; recruit volunteers.
• Mentor younger women and teenage girls through mentoring and hospitality; support youth group activities in the church residence.
• Engage in congregational life through worship, fellowship, Grace Groups, and relational outreach.
