You will lead a team of merchandisers, drive sales, margin and inventory productivity, and partner with executive leadership to deliver seasonal strategies that move the business forward.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in merchandising or buying in Women’s apparel or accessories.
• 3 years leading teams.
• Own category financials and improve sales and margins.
• Strong analytical skills with sell-through, markdown, and productivity metrics.
• Influence senior partners across Design, Planning, and Marketing.
• Experience in specialty retail, DTC, or omni-channel environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.
