Fashion Nova in Beverly Hills is seeking a Buyer for the Women’s Accessories team to shape the merchandise mix by spotting trends and managing assortments. You will drive assortment strategy and collaborate across functions to ensure timely deliveries and strong margins.

You will partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams, leveraging data to optimize assortments and profitability while maintaining high brand standards. This is an onsite, full-time role with core hours.

Formación

• 5-7 years of buying experience for accessories (handbags, jewelry, belts, hats) in an ecommerce fashion brand.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Experience negotiating with vendors on price, quality, and delivery dates.
• Excellent prioritization, project management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion, production, design or related field; English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive assortment strategy to curate trend-driven product lines with optimal SKU count.
• Forecast trends and collaborate with internal teams to drive on-trend newness.
• Lead pricing negotiations to maximize margins while maintaining quality.
• Manage weekly sales, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning and creative teams for timely deliveries.
• Use sales data and market insights to optimise assortments and profitability.
