Fashion Nova is seeking a Buyer for Women’s Accessories to curate trend-driven product assortments that meet customer demand and seasonal priorities. You will own the assortment strategy and help hit financial targets with cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyze market trends, negotiate with vendors to maximize margins, and drive timely deliveries and impactful promotions in a fast-paced, onsite role in Beverly Hills.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of buying accessories (handbags, jewelry, belts, and hats) in ecommerce fashion.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Experience negotiating with vendors on quality, costs, and delivery dates.
• Excellent prioritization, project management, organization skills and analytics for data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Drive assortment strategy to curate trend-driven product assortments and optimize SKU count.
• Forecast trends via market research, runway analysis, social media and competitors to drive on-trend newness.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers to maximize margins while maintaining quality.
• Manage weekly sales, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, margin targets and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning and creative teams for timely deliveries and promotions.
• Use performance data to optimize assortments and profitability.
