Job summary

Evergreen, a San Francisco-based holding company, invites undergraduates to the Women in Leadership Summit, an accelerated recruiting event for Summer 2028 investing internships. Attendees will meet senior and C-suite women, learn Evergreen’s operating model, and explore opportunities within Evergreen’s investing team.

Participants should be sophomores with strong GPAs and interest in investing, business operations, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Current college sophomore (graduating Spring 2029 / Dec 2028).
• GPA minimum of 3.7 at a leading university.
• Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend the one-day Women in Leadership Summit in San Francisco.
• Participate in an accelerated recruiting process for Summer 2028 internships.
• Engage with Evergreen’s senior women leaders and mentors.
• Demonstrate potential for a long-term investment career at Evergreen.
