Job summary

Evergreen, a San Francisco-based holding company, invites undergraduates to the Women in Leadership Summit, an accelerated recruiting event for Summer 2028 investing internships. Attendees will meet senior and C-suite women, learn Evergreen’s operating model, and explore opportunities within Evergreen’s investing team.

Participants should be sophomores with strong GPAs and interest in investing, business operations, and leadership.

• Current college sophomore (graduating Spring 2029 / Dec 2028).
• GPA minimum of 3.7 at a leading university.
• Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend the one-day Women in Leadership Summit in San Francisco.

Educate:

You’ll be exposed to Evergreen’s forever-hold operating model and the core values that drive Evergreen’s mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders. You’ll hear from Evergreen’s senior women leaders through a fireside chat, offering advice and insight into career progression.

Engage:

You’ll connect with Evergreen’s women leaders across the firm as well as fellow attendees from other undergraduate and MBA programs, including through social events, mentorship initiatives, and interactive workshops.

Empower:

You’ll define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops. You’ll discover opportunities to launch your career at Evergreen’s investing team and learn from existing team members.

What We Are Looking For:

Evergreen will be hiring undergraduate Investing Analyst Interns. The Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to get to know Evergreen’s mission and team and participate in an accelerated recruiting process for Summer 2028 positions.

• All individuals who meet the criteria above are welcome to apply, but the programming will be tailored to the female experience

Details

• This 1-day summit will take place Friday, Jan 22, 2027 in Evergreen’s San Francisco office. You must be available to attend the full-day in-person.
• There is no cost to attend the conference
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A social reception will close out the day.
• Those selected to attend will be notified by mid-January
