Ocean Beach Health in Washington’s Pacific Northwest is seeking a Women & Children's Primary Care Provider for a full-time role serving women, children, and families in a rural coastal setting.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care, including well-child visits and women’s health exams, while supporting preventive care and continuity of care. PSLF eligibility is noted for non-profit employment, with a collaborative team environment and Epic experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State license as ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; women’s health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment.
• Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care and acute visits.
• Conduct well-child visits and women’s health exams with age-appropriate screenings.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses across women and children.
• Educate patients and families on wellness and preventive care.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical standards.
