Job summary

Britt Medical in Ilwaco, WA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care for women, children and families in a close-knit, mission-driven setting.

This full-time role covers preventive, acute and chronic care, well-child visits, women’s health exams and age-appropriate screenings, with opportunities to build long-term patient relationships and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have Nurse Practitioner degree and WA ARNP license or eligibility before start date.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
• Experience in women’s health, pediatrics, family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• EHR experience; Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for women, children and families.
• Perform well-child visits, women’s health exams and age-appropriate screenings.
• Diagnose and treat conditions across the lifespan.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
