Responsibilities

  • Supports Administrative functions of the Wound and Ostomy team; maintains data collection and documentation standards.
  • Collaborates with WOCNs to provide clinical consultation and develop patient plans of care; discharge planning coordination.
  • Provides educational programs for health care providers and serves as clinical preceptor for staff and students.
  • Participates in research related to WOC nursing and data audits of pressure injuries.
