Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of relevant wound care clinical nursing experience required.
• Current Professional Nursing License in good standing required.
• Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage outcomes for wound, ostomy and continence patients.
• Serve members throughout the care continuum.
• Act as a specialty consultant for provision of WOC care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs.
• Train and coach team members for optimum care.
