Tripler Army Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in wound, ostomy and continence (WOC) to join Central Care Incorporated in Honolulu, Hawaii. This civilian contractor position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM with a 1-hour lunch, providing advanced clinical practice and leadership in a military medical setting.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Graduate of an accredited WOCN education program (WOCNEP).
• Current WOCNCB certification.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of recent WOC RN experience.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement and evaluate specialized care for wound, ostomy, and continence management.
• Provide care across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and teams to deliver evidence-based, cost-effective care.
• Support advanced wound care techniques including NPWT, debridement, compression therapy, and orthotics.
• Educate patients, families and staff on wound care management and prevention.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and make clinical recommendations.
• Train and mentor staff in wound and ostomy care best practices.
