Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking a Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and deliver complex WMS workstreams. You will translate client requirements into BY WMS designs, configure components, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or implementation experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of leading or owning functional and technical workstreams within a WMS implementation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical (MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development) and functional (BY WMS configuration) experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop and review functional and technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documentation, functional specs, and procedural guides throughout the project lifecycle.
