Job summary

Kreg Tool Company in Ankeny, IA, is seeking a Systems Analyst for our Warehouse Management System. You will be the primary technical and functional resource, supporting system performance, troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, testing, and data validation to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

You will analyze warehouse processes, build SQL-based queries and reports, and collaborate with IT, operations, and software vendors to implement enhancements and integrations with ERP and EDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience supporting WMS in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience analyzing business processes and gathering requirements.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support resource for WMS including troubleshooting and user support.
• Act as subject matter expert for warehouse system functionality.
• Analyze warehouse operations to identify process improvements.
• Investigate complex issues through root-cause analysis.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data validation.
• Support and monitor integrations between WMS, ERP, EDI, and transportation.
• Configure and extend system functionality using development/config tools.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, deployments, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements.
• Create technical and process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Promote best practices and drive adoption of processes.
• Train and support end users across warehouse ops.
• Participate in after-hours support during upgrades.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
