Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC is hiring an experienced WMS Solution Architect to lead techno-functional solution design and implementation for BY WMS-based warehouse solutions. The role emphasizes strong BY WMS expertise, MOCA coding, and Oracle ERP integrations in complex enterprise environments.

The position is a 6+ month engagement with high extension potential, requiring leadership of SIT, UAT, testing, go-live activities, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BY WMS

We're hiring an experienced WMS Solution Architect with strong expertise in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS, WMS Implementation, Solution Design, and Warehouse Management Systems to lead techno-functional solution design and implementation for enterprise warehouse management solutions.

Duration: 6+ Months (High Possibility of Extension)

Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS 2020+

Experience with BY WMS PDC, MOCA Commands, and Customization

Expertise in MOCA Coding, Labels, Reports, and Page Builders

Strong experience in WMS Solution Architecture, Functional Design, and Technical Design

Experience developing, testing, and validating WMS Interfaces and Integrations

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Integration and other enterprise systems

Knowledge of Architectural Design Patterns, Performance Tuning, and Interface Design

Experience in Requirements Elicitation, GAP Analysis, and Solution Feasibility Assessment

Ability to lead SIT, UAT, System Testing, Integration Testing, and Go-Live Activities

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, business users, and stakeholders

Design and deliver scalable BY WMS solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

Lead solution design, technical architecture, and implementation activities

Perform GAP analysis and recommend appropriate solution approaches

Prepare and review Solution Design, Functional Design, and Detailed Technical Design documents

Develop and validate MOCA code, interfaces, customizations, and system integrations

Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges

Drive technical and tactical decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle

Lead testing, deployment, transition, go-live, and warranty support activities

Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate proposed solutions

Ensure optimal user experience, application performance, and solution quality

• Experience with BY WMS 2020+ and BY WMS PDC
• Strong techno-functional experience in WMS implementation projects
• Experience integrating BY WMS with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications
• Experience working in cloud environments and cloud platforms
• Experience leading customer-facing solution design and implementation engagements
• Ability to independently drive solution decisions and lead technical teams
