Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Lead at the Indianapolis Distribution Center. You will be the primary SME for SAP EWM and related warehouse technology, aligning business needs with IT capabilities and guiding upgrades.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, process optimization, SOP maintenance, and reporting using SAP, Power BI, and SQL. Strong SAP experience and DC operations know‑how are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting WMS in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• 3+ years with SAP EWM and core warehouse workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site owner and SME for SAP EWM and related warehouse tech.
• Bridge operational needs with system configuration and IT capabilities.
• Lead testing, UAT, and deployment for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SAP and Power BI.
