Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Manhattan WMS Product Analyst in the North Atlanta area. The role requires subject-matter expertise in Manhattan WMS 2010 or newer and hands-on configuration experience. You will test, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS issues, acting as the primary WMS SME.

Collaboration with Operations, Implementation, and IT teams is essential to success. The candidate will configure WMS front-end, waves, locations, and allocation roles, and perform system testing to ensure reliable warehouse

Qualifications

• Manhattan WMS 2010 or newer experience.
• Serve as the functional expert / SME, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Act as the go-to resource for WMS-related support issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations, Implementation, and IT teams.
• Hands-on configuration experience, including Front-end configuration, Wave template configuration, Location configuration, Allocation role configuration, System testing, Other functional WMS configurations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications / Must-Haves

• Manhattan WMS 2010 or newer experience.
• Serve as the functional expert / SME, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Act as the go-to resource for WMS-related support issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations, Implementation, and IT teams.
• Hands-on configuration experience, including at least a basic understanding of:
• Front-end business configuration
• Wave template configuration
• Location configuration
• Allocation role configuration
• System testing
• Other functional WMS configurations
