Job summary

Gildan is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to configure, test, and support JD Edwards Sales and Financials across our global operations. You will translate business needs into system changes and work with IT and end users to implement improvements.

The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, SOX compliance awareness, and the ability to train users. You may provide on-call support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize IT investments across facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• OR University degree + Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• ERP experience required: JD Edwards or equivalent (Sales & Finance, Distribution a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business processes and documents new procedures; oversees implementation.
• Defines requirements for system changes and tests/implements with IT resources.
• Supports users of JD Edwards Sales and Financials.
• Creates training materials and documentation within an SDLC context.
• Provides rotating on-call support.
• Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Leads and coordinates resource use; collaborates with teams.
