Job summary

Miebach Consulting is seeking a Manager - Process & IT to lead supply chain technology transformation projects in North America. You will drive end-to-end IT engagements, oversee WMS/TMS/ERP selections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in client operations.

You will mentor junior consultants, develop project governance, and contribute to the growth of Miebach's Process & IT practice while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years delivering supply chain technology consulting or implementation projects.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or other enterprise software platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and systems implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and build trusted client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain IT transformation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Manage selection, evaluation, and implementation of WMS, TMS, ERP, and related systems.
• Assess client processes and IT landscapes to develop technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing executive-level status updates and governance.
• Coordinate across client teams, vendors, SI partners, and automation providers.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables per PM standards.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
