Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. in Hawaii seeks an Inventory & Safety Manager to ensure inventory integrity through rigorous cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, and stock optimization. The role also oversees returns management and key warehouse initiatives, maintaining an efficient, organized operation.

You will lead OSHA, HIOSH, and Servco compliance programs, certifications, and risk mitigation, partnering with Corporate Safety to maintain a productive and accident-free environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and safety initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting.
• Knowledge of or exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity.
• Lead OSHA/HIOSH compliance and safety training across the warehouse.
• Manage returns process, vendor claims, and inventory-related projects.
• Drive process improvements and layout optimization based on inventory velocity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other SPC departments on cross-functional issues.
