Job summary

ALO is seeking a WMS Integration Lead to own the design, architecture, and implementation of warehouse management system integrations end-to-end. This role serves as the technical anchor for WMS connections within the fulfillment ecosystem, 3PL-to-ERP integrations, and orchestration microservices.

The candidate will lead mid-sized 3PL/WMS/Distribution initiatives, manage the development workstream, and coordinate with Architecture, Development, and Business teams to ensure smooth handoffs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in distribution technology, supply chain systems, or OMS/WMS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and distribution operations processes.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional technology initiatives and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Own design, architecture, and implementation of WMS integrations across the fulfillment ecosystem.
• Lead 3PL, WMS, and Distribution initiatives end-to-end, including design and post-go-live support.
• Act as escalation point for WMS/Distribution integration incidents and provide OT expertise.
