Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst I (WMS Analyst I) in Goodyear, AZ to implement and maintain warehouse and related management systems. You will work with a dynamic team to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize our systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, train staff on systems, and create dashboards with SQL to improve functionality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience or experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business.
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
