Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
• Strong experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), High Jump, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar.
• Understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle count, replenishment, inventory control.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL queries, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
