Job summary

Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA is seeking a full-time Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA-C) to support the neurology team. The APP will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions in collaboration with attending physicians.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program, possess PA licensure in PA, and have DEA registration or ability to obtain. Strong communication and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a CRNP or PA.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage patients with neurological conditions under established protocols and collaborative agreements.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, and other diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide follow up care for patients with chronic neurological conditions.
• Assist with inpatient rounding, consultations, discharge modifications, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA) to support our neurology team. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with Neurologist and referring provider group to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions while supporting continuity of care.
