Job summary

WMCH Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV is seeking a dietary aide to operate the cafeteria and support catering services. You will handle cash transactions, restock items, and ensure food safety and sanitation.

The role requires a current county-issued Food Handlers card or StateFoodSafety.com card within 1 week of hire; a high school diploma is preferred. This is a full-time, day shift position.

Provides assistance within cafeteria dining area and for catered functions.7. Food is handled safely. Monitors, records and maintains proper temperature control of all food products.8. Operates all cafeteria equipment including grill, fryer and maintains appropriate cleaning schedule for equipment.9. Follows appropriate procedures for setup, preparation, service, of cafeteria foods, catering and catered functions. Assures that food is of the appearance and quality desired for customer satisfaction.10. Responsible for completion of daily menu boards.11.
