Job summary

Professional Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed School-Based Therapist to work with adolescents in our Washington County programs. The role involves delivering individual, group, and family therapy within the school setting and collaborating with school personnel.

Ideal candidates have a master’s degree and Wisconsin licensure (LPC or LCSW). Part-time summer hours may be available, with potential to grow to full-time as caseload expands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and Wisconsin licensure (LPC or LCSW) to provide mental health therapy.
• Experience with students in school settings or school collaboration is preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and provide therapy within school hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
• Create and review client treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with the child's treatment plans.
• Intervene in crisis situations as an advocate for clients.
• Organize and facilitate structured group, individual and/or family activities.
• Provide consultation to the child's school and school personnel as needed.
• Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.
