Job summary

Leigh & Co. Events is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator in Wisconsin. This contract role allows for a flexible schedule while providing wedding planning services. Responsibilities include leading rehearsals, overseeing setups, and supporting clients on the wedding day. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in wedding or event planning and be able to work weekends. The pay is $350 for a project lasting 10-12 hours. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients 6 weeks prior to wedding.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to wedding.
• Serve as primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Act as main point of contact for all vendors.
