Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the commercial health insurance industry, specific to employee benefits.
• Wisconsin resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages relationships with clients and agents/brokers in all aspects including renewal processes and plan design.
• Produces and reviews utilization reports with clients and educates members on benefits.
• Responds to customer service requests from members including enrollment questions and claims issues.
• Assists with client implementations and prepares enrollment forms and information sessions.
• Responds to RFPs and presents to boards/committees when required.
• Participates in travel within Wisconsin (25-40%) for conventions and client meetings.
