Job summary

Elevance Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Community Relations Rep II to build and sustain partnerships within communities, traveling to client sites as needed. This field-based role supports flexible engagement and requires proximity to posting location or an accommodation per policy.

You will coordinate with tribal agencies, LTSS strategies, and local advocacy groups, develop community presence, track activities, and deliver marketing presentations to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or sales/marketing environment; or any combination of education and experience.
• AD or BA/BS preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with tribal agencies in WI.
• Leads and manages LTSS strategies within the state of WI.
• Liaises with community advocacy groups that impact target population.
• Identifies, develops and builds relationships with community organizations, faith-based organizations; performs activities to enhance presence in the community.
• Identifies cultural issues regarding current and potential members and communicate issues to management.
• Tracks all marketing and sales activities and maintains sales database.
• Develops marketing presentations to conduct in the community.
