Job summary

Crutchfield Corporation in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Wiring Specialist / Inventory Handler (2nd Shift B) to assemble wiring harnesses and support warehouse operations. You will read wiring diagrams, cut and splice wires, perform quality checks, and assist with packing and replenishment in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role starts at $18.45/hour and includes health, dental and vision insurance options, a wellness program, tuition reimbursement, a 401K plan, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, hands-on worker able to follow wiring diagrams.
• Able to use hand tools and a pneumatic crimping machine accurately.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and communicating issues.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and splicing wires using hand tools and crimping equipment.
• Follow wiring diagrams to make correct connections.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
• Research data and troubleshoot with relevant programs/apps.
• Communicate wiring diagram or order errors to the proper channels.
• Pack boxes and ensure correct item placement.
• Maintain tools and perform basic upkeep.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (Pick/Pack, Replenishment).
• Clean workstations and assist with Ready-Harness area.
