Crutchfield Corporation in Charlottesville is seeking Inventory Handlers to support our high-volume distribution center. You will locate items with a handheld scanner, pack them for shipment, and help replenish inventory while staying active throughout the shift.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, overhead reaching, and occasional forklift certification. We offer two 2nd shifts with competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required.
• Overhead reaching/lifting.
• Ability to navigate a step ladder/regular ladder.
• Operating automated equipment.
• Packing and shipping products.
• Using a handheld scanner for item location.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Cleaning and organizing the work area.
• Replenishing inventory.
• Loading or unloading trucks.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) for Distribution Center tasks.
• Operate a handheld scanner to locate items for packing and shipment.
• Pack items securely and prepare them for loading.
• Replenish inventory and assist with cleaning/organization.
• Assist with loading/unloading and forklift operations as needed.
