Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Wiring professional for our Streetsboro, OH site to assemble electrical and mechanical components, reading 3D models and drawings, and building frames and enclosures with hand tools.

The role is full-time on-site, afternoons (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM), contract-to-hire, with a $500 sign-on bonus, healthcare with no premiums, and eligible for annual bonuses. A High School Diploma or GED and blueprint-reading experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools including wire crimpers.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies and enclosures using hand tools.
• Install flexibar and power cables to product designs.
• Apply torque specifications to assemblies.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Report issues to leadership.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wiring professional to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site afternoon shift role (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM) offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This is a great contract-to-hire role; once hired on, you're eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, healthcare with no premiums and annual bonuses! In this position, you will deliver high-quality assemblies for critical electrical and mechanical components by reading and interpreting 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools. Your day-to-day will involve installing flexibar and power cables to specific product designs, precisely applying torque specifications, inspecting finished assemblies to uphold high quality standards, and reporting any issues directly to leadership. To qualify, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, proven experience reading blueprints, proficiency with hand tools (including wire crimpers), and the physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, reach, and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity; prior experience in a manufacturing or wiring environment is preferred.
