Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dependable Electrical Assembler for a regular full-time position in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment in Madison, AL. You will use various power tools to assemble emergency vehicles, with emphasis on 12-volt DC systems and basic carpentry.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong work ethic, and preferably experience with wire harnesses or ASE certification in electrical systems. Competitive hourly pay and day shift.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a dependable Electrical Assemblerfor a regular full-time position. Working in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment, you will use various power tools to assemble emergency vehicles, requiring proficiency in 12-volt DC systems and basic carpentry skills. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a strong work ethic, and preferably experience with wire harnesses or ASE certification in electrical systems.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with 12-volt DC systems, specifically in an automotive or vehicle customization environment is preferred
• Experience operating industrial power tools such as a band saws, drill presses, and routers
• Proficient with reading a tape measure
• This position requires frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
