Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years of electrical assembly or wireman experience.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Support prototype, NPI, and engineering change builds
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design or manufacturability issues
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job mentoring to Wireman I and II staff
• Identify and recommend process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability; ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
