DynaEnergetics in Texas Midland is seeking a hands-on tool maintenance technician responsible for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and reassembly of wireline setting tools. You will follow procedures, keep a clean, organized workspace, maintain records, and prepare equipment for field operation, with possible overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years mechanical experience and a high school diploma, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to safely disassemble and reassemble mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written procedures and assembly specifications.

Mansioni

• Disassemble wireline setting tools after field use.
• Thoroughly clean components and remove contaminants.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or corrosion.
• Replace O-rings, seals, and fasteners as required.
• Lubricate and prepare components per procedures.
• Reassemble tools to correct specifications.
• Verify tools are assembled and ready for shipping.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and parts replaced.
• Identify damaged components and report to supervisor.
• Keep inventory of replacement parts organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and measuring devices.
• Follow company procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
• Assist with preparing and staging tools for shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
