Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Field Crew Lead II to manage field operations and supervise junior operators both at the well site and in the shop. You will ensure safe, efficient execution of logging and completions services while coordinating with customer representatives.

Applicants should have a degree in engineering or a technical alternative with extensive wireline experience and a proven track record in field leadership and training.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with wireline operations and field crew supervision.
• Willing to work on-site at wells and shop; flexibility with on-site/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew of two or more operators and oversee daily field operations.
• Supervise training and competencies; verify time sheets, onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Customer Representatives and drill crew on location for logging, completions and well-site decisions.
