Job summary

Wireless Zone in Colchester, CT is seeking a high-energy Wireless Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service while selling Verizon Wireless products and services. You will become a product expert, handle customer contracts, and meet sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of retail or wireless phone sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task across in-store duties, payments, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Sells all products and services offered by the Company and meets all sales objectives.
• Handles all administrative aspects of the sale, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
• Maintains strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive offers and provides critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handles service inquiries from customers.
• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

• Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations.
• Interacts with customers and provides prompt and courteous service to all customers in person, via phone, or written note.
• Position may be commissioned and quota based.
