Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive wireless sales across assigned stores. You will coach and develop sales associates, meet KPIs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role offers $18–$22/hour base plus unlimited commission, paid training, weekly pay, and travel between store locations to lead and mentor the team for sustained performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

Preferred Experience

• Wireless retail experience
• Proven retail or B2C sales success
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
