Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in the Boiling Springs area of South Carolina to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage shoppers, coach staff, and lead by example to exceed goals and optimize conversions.

You will meet sales targets, train teams, conduct onboarding and ongoing development, and handle on-floor decisions.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
