Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach store teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across wireless retailers.

You will meet sales goals, train associates, conduct onboarding and ongoing development, and travel between store locations as needed. Strong communication, motivation, and accountability are essential for success.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
