Acosta Group is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in wireless retail locations. This role emphasizes proactive engagement, coaching, and uncapped earning potential with commission and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5- $8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
