Wireless Zone LLC in Florida is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our Verizon Premium Retailer team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, selling wireless plans and devices, and pursue growth through a consultative approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, are confident on the phone, and driven to exceed targets. This on-site role offers training, advancement opportunities, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
