Cellular World is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to build comprehensive customer solutions across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, and accessories. You will drive sales toward monthly targets, leveraging a broad portfolio and bundled AT&T offerings like DIRECTV and Internet to create a complete customer experience.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and participation in on-site promotions and events, with earning potential through base pay plus commissions

Qualifications

• Must attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Proven ability to meet sales benchmarks and close deals.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build total solutions for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car and accessories.
• Present AT&T products and services, including DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet, as a bundled lifestyle solution.
• Assist store leaders with operations and daily duties and collaborate with teammates to hit sales targets.
• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
