Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers connect with wireless, wearables, tablets, and AT&T’s entertainment options. You will strive to meet monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a tech-forward environment.

The role offers base pay plus commission, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as part of a growth-minded team. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and build value through tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and contribute to a team approach.
• Sell AT&T products and services, including entertainment and connected services.
• Assist with store operations and duties as needed.
• Represent the AT&T brand professionally and participate in promotional events.
• Collaborate with store leaders to stand out in the local community.
