Job summary

Cellular World is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest wireless and entertainment technology. You will build total solutions across wireless devices, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories and protection plans, driving sales toward monthly targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and meet sales goals.
• Must be available on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build total solution for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Sell wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories and device protection.
• Offer DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream and Internet bundles to complete customers' experience.
• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions.
