Responsibilities

• Support Retail Sales Manager and lead the team.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using approved drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist staff in closing sales.
• Monitor customer experience and align with AT&T Experience steps.
• Open and close the store per procedures and ensure compliance.
• Train staff to complete required training monthly and annually.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and counts.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
